Editing both Wookieepedia and Darthipedia is not even close to the real reason people are being banned, and the guilty parties know that. If it was, we'd have all banned the Wookieepedians who are also Fanoneers and/or Halopedians LONG ago. Without some effort, Darthipedians don't even show up on the radar screen compared to them. No, it takes genuine malevolent dickishness, or complicity in the dickishness of others, to get permanently banned from both Wookieepedia and #wookieepedia. Just editing Darthipedia and/or just using Darthipedia IRC was never the issue. It's when the instigators recruit people into their little circle-jerk when we shake our heads and sigh, and remove another poor sap from the only notable Star Wars wiki on Earth. This comment was, of course, reverted by Madclaw because he doesn't want badly misinformed parties knowing the truth about the situation, but there it is. As long as the Darthipedia community as a whole allows their leaders and prominent editors to make the site look utterly juvenile, Wookieepedia will be better off not associating with any of them. Darthipedia seemed like a good idea once, but that feels like it was a long, long time ago.
