Alas, nothing seems to be able to work the first time through, so... this is an edited version. See, the original quote had misspelled arctic as "artic". As it was RF, being one of our more respectable contributors, who said it, I figured he was correct and I was mistaken. This was not the case. Needless to say I can't have errors afoot so I ended up changing it.
